Nationwide Sales & Distribution Network

In early 2024, Charta International Pvt Ltd completed the rollout of a robust sales and logistics network spanning 18 key cities across India. The project was aimed at meeting the rising demand for recycled and finished paper products in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets by enabling quicker, more reliable deliveries.

We partnered with regional warehouses and established zonal offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. Our team recruited and trained over 50 dedicated sales representatives and logistics coordinators to manage inquiries, dispatches, and customer support. A new centralized CRM system was also deployed to track orders, manage client feedback, and analyze regional sales trends in real time.

Thanks to this project, we reduced our average order fulfillment time from 7 days to 3 days, while increasing client retention and improving customer satisfaction scores by 30%.
