To keep pace with digital transformation and modernize the way buyers interact with our offerings, Charta International Pvt Ltd successfully developed and launched an in-house B2B procurement portal in late 2023. This platform empowers registered mill owners, importers, and industrial clients to view live inventory, place orders, track shipments, and download invoices — all in one place.

The project was born from client feedback that emphasized the need for a more transparent and efficient ordering process. We collaborated with a leading software development team to create a secure, mobile-responsive platform integrated with our inventory and logistics systems.

Users can now compare grades, check pricing by tonnage, request quotes, and even schedule virtual quality checks via the portal. This has reduced dependency on phone/email coordination and helped us process 34% more orders monthly, with 92% client satisfaction recorded in the first quarter post-launch.
